We have so much to learn by observing the natural world. Take, for instance, the bamboo plant, a grass that is built by small fibers which are connected by nodes. Together, these fibers and nodes build a structure that grows taller and stronger continuously. Similarly, our bodies have muscle fibers, fascia, joints and bones that hold us upright. My hope is to help you lengthen, grow, and achieve a stronger foundation.
